Best 2 in 1 Pram Stroller

The TAVO Next glides effortlessly over all terrains thanks to its leatherette handle. It’s not the lightest stroller that we have however it’s much easier to lift up a flight than some of our competitors.

The Cybex Gazelle is a gazelle even when filled with groceries and up to three children. The only drawback is that it does not have an additional child’s seat or a child’s boarding area for families that are growing.

1. TAVO Next

The TAVO Next is a budget-friendly stroller that can accommodate children up to 50 pounds. It’s extremely spacious, and the seat reclines easily and lays flat. It is easy to open and shut and comes with an XXL canopy with peek-a-boo venting and peek-a-boo window. Nuna has updated the TAVO harness for 2021 by adding Magnetech Secure Snap. This allows it to be fastened effortlessly and securely with just one hand.

While the TAVO is a great choice for parents looking to save money, it’s not the ideal choice for those who want to use a bassinet or have an reversible seat. It can only face one way and isn’t able to accommodate a car seat or other accessories, such as the bassinet stand or rain cover, cup holder or a child’s snack tray. The MIXX Next is the better alternative for those looking for more space because it can accommodate these accessories.

The TAVO has an inbuilt suspension system called Free-flex, which lets you travel anywhere and even transport your baby from the car to the curb. The large, luxurious seat lets baby relax and drift off into dreamland. Meanwhile, parents enjoy the small fold-away axle as well as MagneTech Secure Snap.

The TAVO is easy to fold and can stand upright when folded which makes it ideal for small spaces like closets, garages or trunks. It’s also easy to move, and it comes with a convenient storage basket as well as flip-flop-friendly brakes. It also connects directly to the very secure Nuna PIPA series car seats by a single click, no adapters are required to create a sleek travel system.

2. UPPAbaby Vista v2

The UPPAbaby V2 is our most highly-rated full size stroller. It is a fantastic option for families with growing children because it can be used with a bassinet as well as an infant car seat as well as toddler seats. This versatile stroller can also take a riding board, turning it into an all-in-one stroller.

The cushioned seats are designed to provide comfort. The recline can be adjusted to four positions and is easy to use. The foot rest can be adjusted to make the ride more comfortable for passengers. The canopy is huge and ideal for parents who want to shield their children from sun. It’s rated SPF 50+ and comes with a pop-out visor, two mesh peekaboo windows, and a flap cover that can be adjusted.

Another excellent aspect of the UPPAbaby Vista V2 is that its fabric can be washed in the machine. This is important since it can help prolong the life of your buggy to ensure that you can use it for many years. It is also simpler to clean up messes like juice or food spills instead of having to scrub away the stains that are stubborn.

The latest tires from UPPAbaby are larger and softer and result in smoother riding. They can handle rough terrain easily and reduce the vibrations you experience when rolling through town. The brakes feature a single-action design and are easy to use. They also feature small foot pedal that is color-coded and is suitable for all kinds of footwear.

This stroller is the most expensive of our selections. But, it’s worth investing if you are looking for a stroller which will last many years. Visit Amazon to learn more about the UPPAbaby Vista V2.

3. Cybex Gazelle

The Cybex Gazelle is a great choice for parents who want a stroller to grow with their family. It’s classified as a “modular stroller” or “convertible stroller” and comes with more than 20 different configurations to use with various seat units, cots, and infant car seats (car adapters for seats are available separately).

The Cybex Gazelle is easy to move and light which makes it perfect for parents who love to explore. It also comes with a massive storage basket under it and a variety of attachments to give parents the option to take light shopping or groceries with them. It’s a bit more expensive than some other 2 in 1 prams, but it’s a worthwhile investment as the quality and performance of this model is top-notch.

This stroller comes with a one-pull safety harness that makes it easy to secure your child in the seat. It also comes with a removable sun canopy with peek-a-boo and XXL panels. It has a convenient tray for parents to store drinks, snacks and phones. The handlebar can be adjusted to match the height of the parent, and the brake is easy to access and safe for children to operate.

Our mum tester Sophie from London used the stroller with two daughters aged 5 and 10 months. She found it easy to maneuver and smooth on cobbled streets, even when the ground was uneven. She was impressed by the cushioned seat and footrests were ergonomically designed for comfort and the large shopping basket was useful. She also liked that the fabrics on the hood and handlebars could be washed in the washing machine. This is essential for busy parents.

4. Joovy Twin Roo+

A simple frame stroller The Twin Roo+ offers car seat click-in compatibility and a large storage bin. It’s one of the most lightweight twin strollers available. It weighs 24 pounds without attachments for infant car seats which is on the lighter side for a double egg stroller 2 in 1. It is a bit heavier than both the UPPAbaby v2 double and the Thule Urban Glide 2 double.

The Roo+ is simple to use and comes with a handy quick-start guide. It is easy to put together and can be on the road in less than 10 minutes. It doesn’t come with a built-in canopy which means your kids will have to wear their own sunshades in case they require extra protection from the elements.

During our testing, we discovered the Roo+ to maneuver well for a stroller that doubles as a stroller. It can maneuver through all terrains, but it has issues in grassy areas and on gravel. It can be difficult to steer it up and over curbs that are 1 inch in height. We do not recommend using this stroller off-road or on stairs, but it does offer excellent suspension to limit bumps for passengers.

While the Roo+ has a large under-seat storage compartment but it’s not easy to access without taking off the infant car seats. This is a problem that twin frame strollers typically have however Joovy has an underseat baby carrier to solve this issue.

Unlike top-scoring strollers, the Roo+ doesn’t have a self-standing fold or cup holders. It’s a small price to pay for the car seat compatibility and storage, but we would prefer to have a stroller that has more versatility. Its flexibility in seating configuration is a benefit, however it lets parents put their infant car seats facing opposite directions or in the same direction to better suit their requirements.

5. Delta Children LX Side-by-Side

Delta Children LX Side by Side scored high for its weight and fold size. It is the best value double umbrella stroller we’ve seen in our review. It also scored highly on maneuverability, an essential attribute for parents looking for a travel stroller that will fit in small spaces. The Delta is a basic model and does not have the features other strollers we have tested like a big storage basket or a wide recline. However, it’s a great option for families with a limited budget and for those who need a secondary stroller for occasional use, such as an outing to the zoo.

The LX Side by Side is a light stroller that is easy to turn and push. Its compact frame, swivel wheels at the front and padded shoulder pads provide smooth riding. The multi-position reclining seat and parent cup holders ensure that passengers are comfortable.

It also comes with an enormous canopy with a European style that provides shade from the sun and some protection against light winds. It also comes with two storage bags, five-point safety harnesses and two storage bags.

The Delta took less than three minutes to assemble, the quickest time in our test group. The manual is fairly basic and doesn’t require any tools for assembly. It is one of our lighter products and folds flat, making it easy to lift and transport. In our Strollers & Multiples test, we rated the ease and smoothness which each item can be pushed and turned open and closed safety harness and adjusted the brakes, opened and closed the storage basket, and installed and removed an infant car seat.
